I am a coach trained at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, here to listen, hold a thinking space for you, and ask questions to unlock your potential and possibilities in your personal and work life.

My career spans nearly 20 years across various specialisms, but what connects them all is a love for people and a passion for helping them achieve the changes they desire in their lives, especially by helping them understand their purpose, strengths and values. I’m fascinated by human stories, patterns of behaviour, and how a conversation can unlock limiting beliefs, generate ideas and hope.

All of this has led me to work as a journalist in my home country of Poland and subsequently as a professional in people and organisational culture within the UK charity sector. I love seeing organisations which work out of their purpose, are values-led and enable their team leaders to do the same.

Most recently, I have completed the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, which enables me to continue developing in the direction I want to and use my skills for others’ benefit.
